Post your Dissertation

According to a decision by the Vice Chancellor, you are obliged to post your dissertation electronically in DiVA.

Three weeks before the doctoral defence, your dissertation must be posted and available in printed, and if you wish electronic, format.

You enter bibliographic information about your dissertation into DiVA and add your abstract using the web registration form. If you have written a comprehensive summary you must also register the separate parts of your work in DiVA, unless they are already registered there. This form is also used for uploading the full text version to make your dissertation freely available.

For publishing your dissertation full text in Acta Universitatis Stockholmiensis there are specific rules. Publishing in Acta Universitatis Stockholmiensis.

When you make your electronic posting, a pdf with your abstract poster is created. You will receive this pdf from the university library once your registered information has been verified. Send this pdf to your printing house.

An abstract shall consist of a maximum of 2000 characters, including spaces, and keywords shall consist of a maximum of 250 characters, including spaces.
