Register in DiVA

As a researcher, you may enter bibliographic information into DiVA and upload the electronic version of your work using a web form. Use your University account to login.

The publications database DiVA of Stockholm University has two main purpouses:

  • DiVA serves as a register where bibliographic data provided by researchers is gathered to measure the university's research results
  • DiVA can be used as an open access archive where researchers may publish their work in full text for free Internet access

Parallel publishing (also known as post-print publishing or self-archiving) means making your peer-reviewed, already published, research article freely available in full text on the Internet. You do this by publishing a copy of your article in the publications database of your academic place of residence.

Students who wish to publish their papers in full text or who have questions about registration/publishing in DiVA must contact their department. All departments do not accept e-publishing of student papers.
