Templates and Graphic Profile

Stockholm University supplies templates for cover, insert, and abstract poster for research publications, as well as an MS Word template for student papers. These are in accordance with the visual identity of the University.

According to a decision by the Vice Chancellor, all doctoral dissertations at Stockholm University shall have a uniform cover, and the abstract poster that was created through the electronic posting must be used.

The templates for the covers will be available at the printing houses with which we have a public procurement agreement. Authors are merely required to submit the text and possible pictures (high-resolution eps and tiff-format). Printing houses with which we have a public procurement agreement are US-AB and other printing houses on the framework contract with the National Agency for Services to Universities and University Colleges (VHS). No other printing houses are to be used.

The MS Word Template for researchers is new and updated. It does not need to be installed, so you can work with it as you would a normal word document.

Stockholm University Library does not provide support for the MS Word Template for students. Please refer to your institution. Students from the Teacher programs can receive support from Mediaverkstan (in Swedish).
